MDT Test @ Station 3: R3 OOS

R3 and R9 out of service to install Fire_Active_3 test profile on the MDT. The test profile will have updates to the Transport Hospitals and add additional hospitals to the selection list in MobilCom. Downtime is expected to be around 20-30 minutes per unit. Units can be taken down at separate times for support coverage per email from Leron Gordon and Captain Atwood. – Badajos 01/13
